Railway. A place where the trains may come and go but two women never seem to leave. Embark on a highly physical and inventive dance theatre piece focusing on the lives of two characters found waiting with nowhere to go. Railway explores the absurdities of ridiculous behaviour through the exploration of everyday objects, dynamic movement and poetic text.

Railway is the debut piece from Peter Tells Lies. In July 2009 we recieved a commission from Cirque Bijou and Bristol Council to become a part of their Step Up initiative. This has enabled us to develop Railway from a solo into a duet and adapt it for outside performance.
